CLOSED DOWN - DO NOT BOOK!!!
Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!

When the lyft brought me to the building, nobody was there! I called the number and it was no longer in service. I was not informed of the hotel closing or moving and was essentially abandoned without warning. Horrible experience. ***DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT MIGHT NOT EXIST***

When i arrived to check in, i received my room key. when i opened the room there was someone's belongings(suitcase and shoes) right in front of the door. I went down to the front desk to address the issue and the front desk worker notified me that there are no rooms available and he couldn't help me. This was 7/17/2021. I am currently still waiting for my refund. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location/

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive.
The whole hotel has a very strong cigarette smell, and the hotel is a bit run down (there is some maintenance work that is needed).

We stayed here after being unable to find any other hotels with vacancies nearby. This was the worst place I have stayed in 50 years of traveling. Carpets were dirty and stained, the room was not clean, even old food in the refrigerator. The bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet didn’t flush. Hate to write a bad review, but this place was awful. Avoid

The building was dirty, inside and out. Reviews over the past month cited numerous reports of bed bugs with a lack of acknowledgment by the management. I could not risk bringing bed bugs back to my house and family.

Our experince at this hotel was not great at all our room was never cleaned toliet was not flushing properly...we were non smokers put in smoking room we had an ironing board but no iron....carpet was so very dirty feet were black on the bottoms....management was not very friendly at all....no continental breakfast when website said there was....no pool when the website said there was one....at checkout guy looked like he was sleeping....i would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel it is so in need of very clean people at running this place....i think since i went through a third party me and my family deserve some type of refund for this days inn cleveland.....i have set up several hotels over the years and this hotel was very very very poor....

You get what you pay for
The hotel was what you expect for the price. First, the host gave us a key to a room which was already occupied and scared both parties when we opened the door to their room. When we got to our room, we made sure to double lock our room so it didn’t happen to us. Lol The beds are really hard and the blankets have holes. The bathroom and shower is pretty rough and needs maintenance. The bathroom light is outside the bathroom by the sink and mirror. You cannot turn the bathroom light on without turning on the light in the room. (We just used our phone light when we used the restroom in the middle of the night so we didn’t wake up the whole room.) It also had a slight smoke smell although it’s a nonsmoking room. It was a great price though!

Dirty, paint flaking in tub. Unhelpful front desk
Our non smoking room smelled like smoke. There were large paint chips flaking off the floor of the bathtub as well as a dirt spot on the bath mat hanging over the bathtub. The floor was dirty. It was disgusting. Not anywhere near worth the $125 we paid. When I told the front desk about the horrible condition of the tub and asked if we could have some sort of refund or discount he gave no apology and just gave me a flat, no. Will never ever stay here again. Up there with one of my worst hotel experiences.

I really usually and not a complainer but this got me good! And I’ll explain why! Usually I go to red roof or courtyard! But I wanted to be close to the office! BIGGEST MISTAKE! I reserved the business suite! It had old pizza left on the GLASS in the microwave! The garbage can was not empty! Some one didn’t flush a toilet! The hallways are stifling to the point of no breathing!
I traveled up from southern Ohio and the woman who checked me is was a beautiful and sweet she was kind and I can’t blame her! She went on the phone call she received about the room from the housekeeper! He was an older gentleman who was sweet! I feel it’s an under staffed situation! But there was garbage food and toiletries everywhere! This time NOT HAPPY!

We found bed bugs and staff was rude.told us to contact Expedia who we booked through.After some time of talking to staff because couldn’t get through to Expedia.They gave us another room and it was horrible.Sunken I’m middle mattress and food garbage and broken shower head and hole in wall and dirty.Just left hotel without sleep and went to work and sat in car.
