Great hotel; will definitely book again
I really enjoyed the hotel, staff, and location. I knew check-in time was at 3pm but my flight landed at 7. I went to the hotel on the off chance they might have an open room. After speaking to the friendly man working reception, he informed me that they did and quickly got me my keys and info to the room. My room had 2 full/queen beds. The room was clean, there were no weird smells, and the mini fridge was a very nice addition. The AC was powerful and easy to use. There were extra towels which made me very happy. They mirrors were all spotless and the toilet was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great as well. The city is small but the hotel is near lots of food, shopping, and grocery options. It is also very close to the freeway making easy access to and from the airport. The staff really made the trip better. From check-in to check-out, everyone was very friendly. I left and came back at very early and late hours and was always greeted with a smile and a “good morning” when I walked by. Check-out was very easy and the receptionist told me to drive safe as I left. This was my first trip to Ohio and I plan to come back and stay at this hotel again.

The facility and the front desk was all very nice. However, I booked the hotel specifically for the hotel shuttle since my plane got delayed to the next day. When I called to confirm the driver had finished his shift.
