I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon checking in, we were informed that there was no Wi-Fi due to technical issues, with no clear timeline for when it would be resolved. Wi-Fi was crucial for communication, and although I was able to connect in the room, there was no Wi-Fi on the ground floor.
The hotel was undergoing renovation work, and the strong smell of paint in the room and hallway was overwhelming. As my daughter has allergies, the smell triggered her condition, which forced us to check out earlier than planned. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund us, citing that our booking was non-refundable. This lack of consideration for guest well-being is completely unacceptabl9e, especially in light of the circumstances.
I hope the hotel reconsiders its approach to customer service and takes guest comfort and health into account during renovations.
