This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was amazing, helpful, courteous, and full of laughter and smiles. These things makes it more enjoyable for your day. One never knows what one is going through with that being said all the positive vibes helps. Great place to relax and breakfast is great. I wasn’t too pleased with the parking prices but everyone was very pleasant, happy and respectful.

It is clear that the property was once a very modern and inviting hotel. As it has aged, the owners have not remodeled to continue presenting it as a modern property -- older carpet; walls not freshly painted. But, notwithstanding, the nightly room rates is what drew me to the property. Once there, I had a pleasant stay because it was conveniently located to the places that I needed to visit during my trip to Atlanta. The suite that I rented (at the favorable price that drew me to consider the property) was spacious, clean and accommodating. All things considered, I would stay here again should I have the need to be in the midtown area.

The room was filthy including blood on the side of the toilet and a bed off of its frame. The pool was drained. The door didn’t latch properly. But I guess there’s new ownership and they plan to fix it up. Good location and the staff were nice.

Everything was very nice and clean during my stay and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again when I return to Atlanta! The valet staff were also very polite and accommodating as well! The location is walking distance to everything you would need and it’s a quick walk for coffee or a bite to eat! Great Experience!

This hotel is old and poorly maintained. We booked a suite which we were told wasn’t available so they put us in a double queen. When I realized it didn’t have a pull out bed, I requested what I paid for. They did give me a suite which was acceptable quality. The pull out couch didn’t have a comforter. I called down and asked for one. After an hour I went to requested one from the front desk. I waited 15 minutes for her to find one, but at least I got it. 45 minutes later they showed up at my room with sheets but no comforter. The bed was comfortable.

This hotel presents beautifully. However, once you get into the room you may have a different experience, as did I. I had a suite with a kitchenette. The floors were so sticky that I had to put towels down in order to maneuver. There was no hair dryer and it took them nearly an hour to get me one in the morning. Delayed my departure. The bathtub was extremely slippery so I had to maintain caution as I showered. The bed was comfortable though.

Overall I would give my stay at The Peachtree a 3.5/5. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful! I enjoyed the access to the Starbucks, bar, restaurant, and store on the lobby level. Also the hotel was very low maintenance and not a lot going on which made it peaceful at times. It is also in the perfect location for a lot of restaurants and activities. However, the hotel’s cleanliness should be improved. My room was stocked with towels, wash clothes, soap, etc, however you can tell a thorough clean was not done. If they enhance their cleaning of the rooms, shared bathrooms, and shared areas, this hotel would really be ideal! The hotel’s was accommodating for my weekend, however I would probably bot book here again.

The hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the metro, within a half hr drive of the ATL airport, and a 30min walk to all the sites. We chose it because of it's close proximity to the Mercedes-Benz stadium and affordable rates. The only issue was that when we checked in there was only one staff member working and she provided incorrect info about the breakfast time and checkout time. We used the Starbucks cafe and the gym and hope that the pool will reopen soon!

They never told us about valet parking , $50/day... asked if they had a pool, the do but when we get there OH it's shut down for renovations ... in the middle of summer??? The coffee shop never open. Carpet was FILTHY GROSS...not just in your room, but from the front to the back!!!! NASTY. Elevators were nasty, liquids on the floor, foul odors. Trash on floors. Had no wash cloths in the room, ask for some and was told they had none. We went and bought a pack. No coffee in the room, ask for some, they sent 4 pods to the room... We'll yayyy, thank you!! OH BUT WAIT... we have a dinosaur coffee pot!! Never got coffee. The only great moment was our expensive valet guy, He was haitian, because I was corrected by another worker quickly... he was so friendly, sweet, very helpful!!!!! VERY HELPFUL with our stay!!!! Super nice guy.... Toby I think.... But I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THE LOCATION.... I PROMISE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

The hotel used to be owned by IHG under Crowne plaza and it is night and day! Only two elevators worked which wasn’t a huge issue for me but anyone else it would be. They do not take Cash App or Chime cards so be aware. This is like a low budget hotel NOT 4 stars. Everything is outdated. Bed was comfortable though but everything is old. Think about ten years old. Security is there and stopped me at the elevator to ask if I was a resident and wanted to know my room number. Didn’t have my name or anything just profiled me. I used my card to get in the building and was stopped again. Security guards all over so that tells me that hotel is not a safe hotel.

The Peachtree Hotel Midtown had all the makings of a very nice hotel, but a few issues just kept it from reaching its potential. Positives: The price and location, especially if you're visiting Georgia Tech or downtown Atlanta, is hard to beat. It was about half the price of most other Midtown hotels. It's got a beautiful lobby, big ballrooms, a restaurant, gym, coffee shop, etc. And the front desk staff was very nice. Negatives: Stains on the hallway carpeting, dirty box spring, clogged sink, regular smell of pot in the area, 4th floor outdoor pool and deck were not operational, and an interesting collection of guests was gathered in the lobby late one night. Also, I'd recommend a noise machine or ear plugs, as the racing engines up 75 in the middle of the night can really affect your sleep.

The front desk girl was a rockstar. She managed the My room was clean and spacious. Aesthetically a nice bedroom, just one of the chest of drawers handles was hanging loose. Perhaps the hotel needed to keep an eye on those details. When booking, I pre-paid for breakfast at "First Restaurant" which was listed to be available until 11:00 am. When I arrived at 10:15 am the employee there told me that breakfast was over. I had to walk seven blocks to get a decent breakfast. Not nice.

I own a rental property and I take better care of my tenants than this. There were firecode violations, such as the firedoors being propped open with a door stop because of a failed magnet. Only 2 of the 4 elevators appear to be functioning. The shower head was mounted perfectly horizontal so that every shower came along with a free waterboarding. This is the 2nd worst hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Its got 2 stars for not having bed bugs, room was available, and the staff were as helpful as they could be in the circumstances. Marriot really should secret shop this place, its not up to standards, except the lobby.

When you walk in, the lobby looks pretty good. The rooms, however, are outdated and need repair. We noticed a wet/moldy smell the moment we walked into our room. Turns out, the about a 10-foot area of carpet around the heating/cooling unit was soaked with water. It was likely this way for a long time because the wallpaper near the floor was also wet and wrinkled. There's no way you could overlook this issue in the room. On our second day (a Thursday), we decided to try the breakfast buffet downstairs. We walked in and were surprised to find out the restaurant was closed. It's was 9:30 a.m. Other issues: Only 2 elevators were operational, and the TV remote didn't work, even though the batteries seemed fine. Overall, we dealt with the issues because of the convenient location, a couple blocks from the Georgia Tech campus.

My stay was disappointing overall. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The room remained hot and humid, and despite requesting maintenance for two days, no one came to inspect or repair it. There were multiple rooms on our floor smoking marijuana, and the smell was strong throughout the hallway. The beds were worn out with noticeable springs, there was no mini fridge, and the handicap grab bars in the shower were pulling away from the wall. The bathroom itself was clean. The hotel also showed signs of poor upkeep. Carpets were torn in several hallways, wallpaper was peeling near elevators, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. I had to check several floors before finding one that worked. There were also chips thrown on the floor in front of several doors; crushed by guests. The valet operation was concerning. I witnessed attendants driving aggressively, backing vehicles over curbs, and scraping multiple cars on the steep garage entrance. One attendant struggled repeatedly to park a vehicle before speeding off to park it elsewhere. The guest Wi-Fi appeared completely open without any guest verification, and there were frequently people sleeping across the lobby couches. While the bathroom was clean, the lack of maintenance response, property condition, smoking issues, and valet concerns made this a disappointing experience. I would encourage management to focus on facility maintenance, guest safety, and service responsiveness.

When we arrived our room not cleaned, The flooring or carpet not vacuum and there were wet towels in the closet. The next day and next 3 days it was cleaned towels replaced by cleaning staff. The Staff are helpful and responsive. But needed to request items like toilet paper. The parking expensive and off site making it tricky to locate the garage against traffic almost impossible to with one way streets and traffic. Water expensive and onsite store expensive. 1st floor lounge area, bar and breakfast area welcoming.
