    Don’t go Westin..

I paid extra for the parking and breakfast included, but was told rather rudely that it was the booking agency’s fault and not theirs. So basically I paid extra for no breakfast. Also, the water had not been run in a while so there were pieces of black mold in the water that filled up the tub when you had a shower because it drained so slowly. Not impressed at all. Terrible experience overall

    Another great night!

Yet another fantastic stay, the only negative was when my belongings (including my phone) were locked inside the fitness room lockers - the electronic lock had stopped working and it took the manager and engineer 1 hour to get my stuff back; I was late for an important meeting due to this and had to use the lobby phone to contact my employer. But, sometimes that’s life! Otherwise I have had a great time and look forward to my next stay!

The room was outdated. That’s really my only complaint. I’ve stayed there in other rooms that are much nicer.

    DO NOT STAY HERE !!

The ABSOLUTE WORST experience i have EVER had. I've had near an impossible time trying to check in . I went through absolute hell. When my family finally got checked in, our room was very dated, it STUNK, There was black mild everywhere, all over the window, in the bathroom, on the shower wall.. beds were super uncomfortable. I informed the clerk the next morning because it was late by the time we got up to the room, and we have a 4 yr old and 2 month old ! Nothing has been done about our experience there. Highly UNRECOMENDED !

We booked this hotel specifically because it has a pool and hot tub. I called ahead to ensure these amenities were open (due to Covid) and was assured they were. I went to use the hot tub which was colder than the pool, and when I went to the front desk to notify them the suggested it was because no one had used it all day. I had to book a time to use the hot tub and pool due to Covid so you would think they would make sure everything was turned on beforehand. Our room was stifling hot. I tried turning down the heat, which did not work and We woke up in the middle of the night feeling like we were in a sauna. I called the front desk and they sent someone up, but they could not identify the problem. As a solution we had to sleep with the window open and a fan put in front of the window to circulate cool air. Staff were great, but in my opinion things like this shouldn’t be happening without some sort of better solution and guest services.
