Buyer Beware!!!
This room is not ADA compliant. We were supposed to have a roll-in shower because my mother is in a wheelchair. We were late checking in, so they gave our room to someone else. We could work around some of the issues, but the shower head is stationary, and that won't work for someone who has to sit on the handicapped bench. The water won't reach. Also, there were boogers stuck to the shower wall and that tells me that the room was not cleaned since the last guest left. Also, it was gross. I'm getting really tired of reserving wheelchair accessible rooms and getting stuck with inferior accommodations. We will not be staying here again.

Needs cleaning and a mattress upgrade.
I almost didn’t book due to a review about cleanliness and the bed, but I can totally agree. The room looked as if though it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept/mopped in a while. The tub at rust and mildew, and there was hair and dust all over the vanity. The bed was very hard. If it hadn’t been so late at night, and I hadn’t been on the road for so long, I would have left.

We paid for a king suite with a sofa and a jacuzzi tub. We get there and the floor feels like it could fall in at any time so we changed rooms. We ended up in a room smaller with double beds no couch no living room no tub with no price change or discount. I left my number but never received a call from the manager. They have some major building issues. I could have stayed somewhere really nice for what I paid for that little room.

Bad TV Replacement
For the most part, the hotel was clean and updated. However, we had to go to the front desk for the remote for the tv. It had no back cover, so the batteries were taped in and the volume me control was broken. Looks like they had to replace the tv and selected a smaller screen that’s sat on the dresser instead of being mounted to the wall. If they are this sloppy with tv replacement, what other maintenance issues aren’t being fixed?
