Expedia talked to Tru Hilton and they said my money would be refunded. It has been 1 week and no refund. My husband re- booked my stay for the next night. So, I did stay there. The first room smelled like garbage and had roaches. It was right next to the service room. I immediately left and asked for another room. Even though they were all booked up, the wonderful front desk clerk worked diligently at getting me a new room. She made some calls and one reservation was not going to make. In new room, air conditioner had a horrible rattling sound, not that soothing sound, and the floor was so dirty my white socks turned brown walking from the shower to the bed.Hiltons use to so nice, I regret being a member.
