Excellent for one-two nights busy days

This hotel is excellent for the price (hotels.com price) I agree with prior reviews that if you have to stay for a night or two, have to work most of the day and eat out, and just need a clean simple place to stay, this is the best bang for buck. Front desk people very polite and helpful, room clean, breakfast average. All high ratings based upon what they charge. For that price, the hotel deserves 5 stars.

HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE

This is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The place was very unkept and run down. If it was not 1 am when we stopped here, we would have left, but we need to sleep since we were in the road all day. We had 2 very young kids with us, and I was embarrassed I even brought them here. The pictures are nothing like the hotel what so ever. One of our beds had a burn hole in the sheets, the furniture was broken, blood in the wall, wire holding up the shower curtain rod, and the list goes on. I would never recommend any one to stay here especially if you have a family. Here are actual photos of the hotel.

Deplorable, disgusting Hotel should be condemned.

The was the most deplorable disgusting hotel I have EVER experienced in LIFE! Live bed bugs, dirty unsanitary bathroom, filthy general area. Holes in the walls Unimaginable how they could even advertise rooms. My family and I left immediately! When we arrived to the lobby to complain Reema the front desk staff was rude and nasty. She said she was the only one there and there was no one do contact. Offering another room would not have been helpful because there were too young ladies in the lobby upset because they had been bitten with bed bugs! I’m unable to upload the actual picture of the bed bug CRAWLING across the bed.

Stay away from this hotel.

This property does not live up to the name Ramada Inn. The building looks rundown like it was stuck in the 70s. There were bugs in the room. The light socket hung out of the wall and sparked when you push the plug-in. There was a lot of shady characters going in and out. The breakfast was controlled by the workers and all they wanted to give you was one Small muffin. When I asked for two, the guy got upset. I could go on and on, but I’ll give a few pictures so you’ll get the point

Key card didn’t work 2x I had to get it fixed The pool was closed for repairs the whole time The breakfast was a little strange with needing a ticket to hand to a lady to get waffles??? I expected more than just basic staples since the webpage showed a big dining room with full spread breakfast bar the Fairfield Marriott in Albany at my last stay had a full spread and all you can eat no question ask .. I felt like a little kid handing a lunch lady a ticket it a bit strange ….
