Rooms cleaned every day and trash taken out. Rooms are a good size, ours had two queens. Bathroom decent size too, plenty of towels, changed each day. Facilities are great, the pool is excellent with a pool bar and cafe where you can get breakfast, lunch or just a snack. There is also lobby bar for evenings as well as pool bar, stays open to 11. Ideally placed with trolley bus stop outside for I drive, short drive to Disney one way and universal the other. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Everything was outdated and very basic. The air conditioning smelled of mold. But it was clean. The staff were kind but the carpets in the tower building are very bad and the elevators and the coffee shop in the tower building was closed the whole time. It was a lot of space with nothing I. It. Pool was nice but also not exceptionally clean . The bar and restaurant inside the lobby was closed the whole entire time so no late night food options

The location is perfect. We had stayed a few years back and it was much nicer then but it was ok this time. The rooms are enormous and the beds are comfortable. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom in the first room. It was very dirty with dirt and hair on the floor and on the tub however the front desk lady did move us but she was not super nice about it but did get it done! The only really issue I was irritated about was there were no notices they were under construction so at around 8 am there were concrete cutters going all day. The fumes from the machines came through the door as we were directly in the work area. Overall it’s fine, great location, great beds and I think they were done with the inner patio court by the time we left.

We had a great time and loved the amenities. The location was great. Cleaning staff service did a great job. Cons- Elevators had frequent issues(they fixed quickly but seemed to happen a lot), there was nothing available to bring up or down our things when checking in or out so had to take multiple trips. Laundry room needs some care and attention.
