Overall the stay was great. Being a retired fire chief I was disappointed to see the AED missing from the cabinet and the bleed stop kit missing from the cabinet showing me that safety is not a priority in this hotel. The hallway carpet was musty smelling and the floors were dirty in my room. Breakfast was about average for hot breakfast that are provided complimentary and the coffee was good. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Ok for a Basic Budget Stay
The place was ok for a basic budget stay. The room had a balcony. The doors were super loud upon closing. When my neighbors closed their doors it would wake me up. It sounded like they were opening my door. The door had both a deadbolt and U-bolt. The hallway carpet was filthy. The bathroom was old and a bit moldy. The room was clean. I had no issues with bugs. Some staff was friendly and some were more abrupt.

Very unsatisfactory stay
Not even sure where to start. The rooms had a horrific smell of mildew. The bathtub was filthy. The Wi-Fi did not work. The staff was too busy playing with her cell phone to help us when we walked in the door so we had to wait for her to get done. The breakfast didn’t start until seven in the morning so we had to leave before that. The overall condition of the hotel was very rundown and dirty and smelly.

The front desk staff were great! The hotel is old, dated, smelled stale and reeked of marijuana. We chose this place because we needed a few hours to sleep. Our tub did not drain properly and I showered in ankle deep water.

Horrid
I had a room for my dog and myself and regularly stay in hotels that take pets. In entering this room, the smell of urine was overwhelming and clearly the room had not been cleaned. On/off buttons on lights did not work and the room was shabby at best. Check in was gone but coffee ran out at breakfast and I overheard a patron complain at the front desk and was treated horribly.
