Pass on this one...not adequatly priced
Charged twice, be carefull. NO WIFI. Was woken up by staff knocking after midnight about charges but still not corrected. Looks like bathroom was wiped clean as best they could, but needs a upgrade or refresh. Overall the building is not just outdated but unkept. Old outdated room is dingy. Beds hard. Halls reek of smoke and pot.

Owner was not able to provide a proper receipt cost us over an hour of aggravation. Receipt did not contain proper payment details including credit card used. Room smelled like smoke. I would suggest taking this place off your list of hotels. I can not detail the aggravation this short stay caused

Not worth the Money
First impression was that the building was not presented in good condition. Secondly, it smell of mildew, furniture in lobby torn, corridors carpet was old and was not tight to floor. Wallpaper in room was peeling off plus you could see water damage in the ceiling.

Withheld details
Hotel being renovated -so they said. Water in lobby dripping from ceiling. Pool closed due to no obvious reasons. Just shut down, and blamed on renovations. Great employees doing the best they can. Wish I knew renovations were in process. May have been a better stay with the amenities open.

Very unclean hotel and the room. Some lights were not even working and the TV was not even a smart tv. Excuse they had was that they were renovating the hotel. Sorry, can't accept that. And the wifi was not available. Why? Same excuse. Only swimming pool was open, but again very untidy with the heating fan making lots of noise. Not worth the price at all.

Most horrible experience
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. The pictures on the web site are an absolute lie. This hotel was run down and dirty. There is a horrible smell in the air the minute you walk in that is sickening. The person at the front desk said he “didn’t really work there” that he was the nephew of the owner. We walked out and stayed elsewhere. The owner still charged me even though we walked out. Total disgrace.

DIRTY AND OLD! STAY AWAY!
Horrible hotel, looks abandoned from the outside, strong smoke oddor as soon as you walk in. There was water in bathroom floor, heat did not work, no access for disable people. Hotel looks old and dirty. Will never stay there again

The good the bad and the dirty
Conditions and service were terrible. Front desk service very unprofessional. If not for very friendly owner (who constantly walks around the hotel) and the very spacious heated indoor pool (not very clean) would not visit establishment again…

Horror Show
There was a trash can full of water from the leaking ceiling in the middle of the lobby when we first entered, and the entire building smells like water damage. There was so much hair in our sheets we requested a clean set, only to find more hair in those somehow. The curtains had brown crust all over them. The pillows were stained so badly you could see it through the pillow cases. The exterior door is supposed to lock at 5p, but guests were coming in and out at all hours. The carpet in the hallways was rippled and destroyed. If we could have found any other place to stay we would have. It was a terrifying experience.

This is not an "Inn" this is a shelter for section 8. Do not bring kids here. The pictures on the site are old and NOT up to date. This USED to be the Howard Johnson. They ran it into the groud and some chump bought it for a few dollars. This placed needs ALOT of updates and repairs. I wish i could upload photos of what this place really looks like. The lobby greets you with a blue garbage can collecting water as it falls from the ceiling. There are hoses running from the ceiling into the back office. The bright lights are not bright but yellow. The receptionist along with the staff look like they are residents of this shelter. The first floor stinks of cigarettes, marijuana, and dogs. As per the front desk, the dinning area has not been open since the beginning of the pandemic. The hallways have no heat. The vending machines and ice machines dont work. The carpet of the hallways feel squishy as you walk. Our room was ok. The carpet has never been cleaned. The shower is dingy and stained. We didnt shower. The rear doors of the Inn say that they close at 5pm and a card is needed to enter, they dont work. The door is always unlocked. The rear parking lot doesnt have adequate light. Very dark and unsafe at night. The new people who took over this location have not spent one dime to upgrade this location. I will never go back. Expedia should update the pictures.

Never again!
The mattress was broken on one side and very uncomfortable, the ceiling was water damaged and the stucco was falling off, non smoking room had nicotine stains in bathroom, tiles were lifted, tub was gross. To make matters worse there was some horrible all when I. The room and I could NOT stop sneezing, ultimately woke up with a horrible nose bleed on Sunday. Toilet was stopped up and took over an hour to get a plunger. No maintenance guy, just a plunger. Worse yet, the entire floor reeked of weed and cigarette smoke (again, non smoking) AND there were drug deals going on in the hallway!!!! I talked to a local who said that dealers rent the rooms to sell heroin! I wouldn’t have believed it if we handn’t heard this going down in the hallway! Carpets were worn and wrinkled, creating a trip hazard, room appliances were old and yellowed and nasty! Pics online showed a beautiful and bright Wyndham Hotel, this place was dark, dank, freezing cold in the hallways and ugly all over!
