This place has gone down hill over the years. Took my girls during the week and only on one pool was open which was disappointing. There is a free breakfast which was granola bars and danishes from Walmart. It use to be a warm breakfast. It’s probably better on the weekends.

Check in was a long wait. There wasn’t any sheets or blankets for the pull out sofa bed. We had to wait some time to receive some There weren’t any breakfast items except a couple boxes of cereal a gallon of milk and juice! The room was comfortable and clean. We will not stay again.

Check in was over 2 hours. Water park was a lot of fun for kids. Free breakfast was a joke. It was all cold cereal in a bag and granola bars, and not a lot left when we got there to eat. The restaurant told us the pizza over was broken at 8pm on a Friday night I feel bc of short staffed. Rooms needs updated.

Terrible hotel, Boss’ Pizza (attached to the hotel) took over 2 hours before the manager came an asked if we received our food yet, which we had not. Manager argued with me about my order. I order Alfredo with broccoli & Alfredo pizza. He said I ordered mini corn dogs and kids Mac & Cheese. Manager made his own employees cry in front of guests, argued with employee’s in front of guests. Unprofessional, worst restaurant experience ever. Hotel left pool music on all night, which was so loud it work me up. Cops were called for some unknown reason.

First, we got there and had to wait 2 hours for check in bc there was literally no staff. So we went to the bathroom and changed to go to the pool while waiting and the bathroom was so disgusting. The pool area was filthy. The hot tub was Luke warm and the jets didn't work and it smelled so bad. When we finally got a room out was eh. Clean but a weird smell. Beds were uncomfortable but the pillows were actually good. No tub in the bathroom, only a shower. Bathroom door was broken so it wouldn't open back up if you closed it all the way.
