We booked a double bed and even mentioned in our message to the hotel and they didn't have the decency to let us know that they were unable to comply. When I asked for a double instead of two single the receptionist just quoted regulations and didn't even apologize but made a big fuss that after 18.00 (we had arrived before that but it had taken long for her to get all the papers ready) it wasn't possible to cancel. She also asked for payment and took a long time to find the receipt that it had already been paid. Then she claimed the printer didn't work and she was going to give the receipt the next day. We never received it. The next day it was obvious the hotel was half empty so the claim they had no double room left was even less credible.
