Travelling solo so I booked a cosy double room. This was indeed small but was fine for one person. The bathroom again very small but sufficient for just me. Room and bathroom always cleaned well when required. Communal spaces in the hotel were excellent. The ESQ bar was a very pleasant place to stop for a drink and service very good. Front desk had lovely welcoming staff. The gym was small but adequate for what I needed four times over the week. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. It was very quiet overnight and a very convenient location close to the tube and many local eateries.

I have stayed at this hotel before when I've been to an event at the Royal Albert Hall as it's within easy walking distance and this was also the reason for my stay this time. I came with a friend we had adjoining rooms which were very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The staff are lovely and friendly and even remembered us from our visit last year which made it all the more special. I would definitely stay here again.
