Great, convenient location. Hotel is in good condition, clean and comfortable. Bathtub and washer/dryer were huge pluses for a long international trip. Walk to train station was quick and easy. Plenty of quick eats nearby.

Hotel is good but the front desk people had a hard time understanding our request to get us taxis. They would not or could not do it for us. On our last two days, the front desk staff on duty finally booked us Taxis to the airport. The refrigerator in the room was on a very low setting. It was barely cold. Housekeeping only done after a week stay so we missed that too. Washer and dryer in room was a great thing to have. Good coffee shop nearby called REC coffee.

It's too bad that their check-in counter is on the second floor, so you'd have to wait for elevator with your luggage to check in, then wait for elevator again to go to room, but it's not really too big of a concern
