You can find unique and interesting shops along the 9 Small Streets in the Old City, explore covered and outdoor public markets with fresh and prepared foods, browse antiques, arts and crafts, and see design galleries and stores offering woodworking and souvenirs. The city is renowned for its art galleries and the antique shops along Spiegelgracht and Nieuwe Spiegelstraat, as well as for the bookshops along Leliegracht.
