Reliable airport pick up & drop off
The hotel is a very nice hotel with half-hourly airport drop offs and pick-ups. They sent us clear directions of where the shuttle would collect us and we were pleasantly surprised to find some staff there to help us.

Hotel from hell
Overall the hotel is clean and the rooms are nice but the room was cold at night. Their AC unit had a heat option but no heat was provided. We had to constantly call downstairs for a heater and ordering room service was hell. The language barrier was definitely a issue. I would suggest that if you do not know Spanish well to not stay there.

The airport shuttle service was very good and efficient. Hotel was really near the airport. I received a very nice and large room. Had dinner and the food was good but service was poor with not enough staff. Breakfast just okay with no employees around. Could not even get a cup of tea and no one to ask. Double lock on door was inoperable. Had to ask to receive a remote control for air conditioning and eventually received one. Toilet seat in room loose. Employees at reception were more interested in talking to each other than offering assistance but when they helped they were friendly.

Habitel Prime is technically a very good hotel near the airport in Bogota. First time I went there, everything was perfect. But this stay was pretty terrible. When you get to the hotel at midnight and the staff doing the check-in tells you your room is not ready yet, you know you have a problem and there is something wrong with the management of the place. It is a shame because otherwise it would be a great place.
