Poor communication and management did not appear to care about making the customer comfortable... On the first night of my stay, i asked for a sheet for the pullout couch...i just wanted it because there was not one already provided....the lady said she was busy and would call me back....she did not and when i called her back over an hour later, she sent it to voice mail not once but twice and responded.
That morning, ants (lots of ants) started coming up through the hard wood floors, they were on the countertops too....i was told that housekeeping would handle it around 1pm. This was at 9am when i reported it.
Housekeeping is the only reason i am giving this place an ok...they were wonderful...they handled the ants and made the fold out bed comfortable for my second night.
Management also did not address the broken air conditioner...in fact when we ask her about it, she rushed out the flat saying she did not know how to use it. It was October, but because we were on the 3rd floor and due to the heavy rain could not keep the windows open...it was a little stuffy.
I cannot in good faith recommend this place because managements response to simple requests were treated as if i were bothering them,
and i was only asking for basic items... this is my first negative reveiw and i traveled very often and for many years with Expedia.
