The stay was good, however, as a gold member of Hotels.com, i do not get to enjoy all "VIP access" eg. early check-in, free room upgrade, late check-out, which was advertised by hotels.com. I only got 2 free drinks and 10% discount on selected restaurant. I asked the receptionist about the perks being a Gold member but she decline. I hope there is some co-ordination between Hotels.com and the hotel itself. If there is no Gold member perks, please remove what was advertised, we can select hotels that truly honored the "VIP Access". Thank you.
