WARNING choose something else
WARNING! They lack routines and ability to solve problems and some staff is instead incredibly rude and condecending.1 Have EVERYTHING from the hotel on paper: email and printed receipts 2You might get a completely different location than You booked 3 They are most often very difficult to reach by phone. May take days and hours. 4 Practical problems I had include (there were more, with these the staff was in addition rude and simply did not listen): The wrong keys and instruction twice. No showering mornings or evening which the hotel knew about but did not say AND they still charged full rate AND there were problems with changing flat took two days. Getting an email that my booking would be cancelled within 24 hours because my card was not working, took me 30min to help the hotel & stop the cancelling. Despite this: Getting a text message evening after several days stay: come immediately to reception very important(!) took 1 hour of constant calling before hotel answered. Then 1 hour to explain that no I had not checked in that day and yes I had paid already. No my card is working – clearly as I indeed already had been charged. Rudeness instead if solving problems when/if possible and no readiness for practical problems. For exampel: They say they will go with You to the flat on check in but admission to the flat after waiting 4 hours after 2oclock means YOU are annoying when You kindly call and ask if there is some mistake after 1 hours waiting outdoors with no keys.
