This was a great hotel in Bang Rak area! Room is massive & spacious, very clean with all amenities that are needed. The hotel staff are very helpful and speak good English too. There were cockroaches in my room. There was no view. The housekeepers didn’t clean very well. There were only four TV channels to choose from. The Internet was insecure. There was no laundry service. The air-conditioning was either full blast or off, nothing between.
