Not Quite.
Was ok ,but was disappointed with a few things. Very slow at checking in. A little pricey for the condition of the rooms. I requested a smoke free room and there was a burn hole in the bed spread the size of a quarter. Burn marks on the tub from a cigarette. Two of the room lamps didn’t work. Front door closed and locked but had a noticeable gap from not fitting properly. Staff was polite. Location was good. Probably will not stay there again. Going to take a lot of work to bring it up to a 4 star hotel.

Property was horrible. I asked for a non smoking room but it was obviously a smoking room. There was a cigarette burn in the bathroom. TV didn't work. Phone didn't work. The interior lock came off in my hand when I tried to lovk it. Everything looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. Dust everywhere. Went for coffee at breakfast and there was non. Shuttle service numboer that they offer at the front desk was a non working number. Staff not bery helpful.
