I’ve stayed here many, many, many times. The desk staff are fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s my place to stay.
One suggestion, elevate your breakfast. It’s neither good nor healthy.

WORST Trip Ever
I have stayed here for several years when visiting family. I have never had an issue. This time was awful! When I checked in, the marijuana smell would knock you down. Not a good first impression. I get to the room and the refrigerator did not work. Other family members didn’t have hot water the first night. All the ice machines except one were out of service with no help in finding it from the front desk. The WORST part is the fire alarm. It hummed in my room off and on the first night. The second night it went off 3 times (1am, 3 am, and 4 am). Called to the front desk the first time and they said not to worry, there isn’t a fire. They had been having issues with the alarm system. They would not answer the next 2 times. We asked to speak to the manager before we left and were told he would be there in 30 minutes. We left and called back 2 hours later and were told he still wasn’t in. One of the men said “I don’t speak English well to talk with you.”
Definitely not staying again!

No hot water! No service
It was terible! there was no hot water at the hotel we couldn't take a shower at night and also not in the morning. The reception guy wasn't helpful gave us 4 keys of different rooms to check for hot water at 11 PM. There was no hot water in the whole hotel. We asked to talk with the manager, he didn't show up until we checked out and the reception guy refused to call him. He promissed the manager will call us. No one called us.

Okay but not up to Hampton standards
The bathroom door was barn door style and wouldn’t stay shut at all, slid open completely every time. The pillows were awfully uncomfortable. In the breakfast room there were no plates or forks and only a few slimy sausages and a waffle maker as well as some old fruit. This was a holiday weekend so I would have expected them to be prepared for a large crowd and provide a decent meal. My son fell and needed a bandaid and the front desk didn’t have any which I would have assumed to be a common thing for them to have just in case. Overall for the rating this hotel has, I would have expected better.

The showers did not get hot, they were only lukewarm. The beds do not have enough blankets just a sheet. The breakfast was terrible. My muffin tasted like raw flour.

Find another hotel
The hotel and room was DIRTY. I asked to be moved and the 2nd room was just as bad. I will NEVER stay at Hampton Inn again. I’ve been burned twice in 30 days.
