We had a wonderful stay, the staff were friendly and happy to assist and nothing was a problem, they went above and beyond. The pool villa had everything you could have asked for. Paradise on earth!
Words cannot describe this place - it’s literally paradise on earth. Just outside of the hustle and bustle of Ubud (10 mins on bike only!) this paradise is located. Everything, and I mean everything, is so perfect here. From the stunning views of the jungle, the amazing villas, the AMAZING, sweet, attentive staff, the food in the restaurant, and the best service you can ever imagine. You never miss a smile with this staff. I have stayed in many great hotels but this one is without a doubt the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. The location and setting of the property was exactly what we were hoping for, so we found it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was modern with a decent size bathroom which had a glass door opening out to the outside bath and sunbed next to a private plunge pool. The restaurant menu is limited but the food, well cooked and tasty. The breakfast menu changes daily and offers a full range of items. But most of all, the staff are engaging, warm and friendly with big smiles to greet you as they try to fulfill your every request.
