Decepção desde o check in...

Check in péssimo, as atendentes estavam batendo papo e não me passaram informações úteis, como horário de café da manhã, liberação do elevador com a chave magnética do quarto. O quarto não tinha frigobar, o ar não gelava, iluminação quarto sem luz no teto, sem secador de cabelo, recepção demorou mais de 30 minutos pra atender a ligação do quarto, resumindo não retornarei

Foi terrível a estadia da minha família. Tivemos que trocar de quarto porque o ar condicionado não funcionava. Este quarto tinha cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro. Fomos pra outro quarto que só tinha uma cama de casal para eu, minha esposa e meu filho e o quarto estava fedendo a cigarro. Coisa horrível. Outros hospedes tiveram o mesmo problema que o meu.

Cheguei para fazer o check-in as 14:00, ate ai tudo certo quando chegamos no quarto esta sem toalhas, pedi para recepção ele falaram que ia a levar e nada, liguei denovo e nada, na terceira vez que falaram que ia levar isso ja era 18:00 horas da noite, e o banheiro cheio de lodo no chão e mofo no teto!

Sinceramente não recomendo, as acomodaçães tem mofo no teto, papel de parede descascando móveis quebrados, o banheiro com sujeira impregnada, lençóis e toalhas encardido com manchas, os elevadores sem manutenção, paguei 60,00 em um almoço ruim mas assim ruim não vale o preço, recepção e restaurante não atende o telefone, local barulhento, café da manhã não tem variedade eles serve um suco horrível, perguntei se podia pedir um suco de laranja "para comprar" a atendente falou que no café da manhã eles não faziam, Mesmo que seja uma estadia barata pelo menos deveria ter o mínimo de conforto mas enfim o que salva são os funcionários.

Poderia melhorar em alguns pontos.

O hotel é muito bom e organizado. O atendimento é bem simpático, porém o Wi-Fi é bem fraco e as televisões são smart porém não conectam no Wi-Fi do hotel o que só possibilita assistir a canais abertos e não há como utilizar aplicativos. Todas as tomadas são 220v então não há como usar secador ou chapinha que não sejam bivolt.

AS FOTOS DO ANUNCIO EXPECTATIVAS, OS COMENTARIOS,

A experiência foi horrível, o quarto que eu fiquei (309) as paredes suja, banheiro não estava higienizado, cortinas imundas, paredes sujas, nao tinha proteção na luminaria ao lado da cama, não tinha luz no corredor em frente ao banheiro (oq deixava escuro), a porta do banheiro sem puxador (com um buraco nela), demoraram para levar as toalhas e travesseiros. Na hora do café funcionarios (creio que a gerente, debatendo em.voz alta e ríspida com a recepção, sem contar que o cafe da manhã dia 1207/2025 muito bom, porem dia 13 com os mesmos tiposnde alimentos sem sabor e com varias vezes faltando alimento. Outros pontos negativos foram o Wi-Fi que não pegava nada e o telefone que não dava para falar com a recepção alem de não ter feigobar Em compensação o lado muito top foi a acústica e o atendimento e educação do pessoal que retiravam as coisas da mesa, maravilhosos.

Decepcionante

Já fiquei no Prime outras vezes e tive uma experiência mediana-ruim, mas desta vez as condições do quarto estavam especialmente precárias. Ficamos por duas diárias. O banheiro estava cheio de moscas no teto, o quarto cheirava a mofo. O painel externo ao quarto não estava funcionando e as camareiras entraram no quarto enquanto estávamos lá dentro (aconteceu duas vezes). Um quarto nessas condições não deveria ser disponibilizado aos clientes, o que indica um descaso da administração do hotel. Não ficaria outra vez.
