Es económico, hay servicio de limpieza diario y agua caliente. Me gustaría que la recepción fuera en el primer piso para tener una primera impresión del lugar diferente.

2/10 Poor

No hair dryer. No heater in the room and it was very cold. Wifi was weak that one wrong move could get you disconnected. Curtains were falling apart. No plugs in the room so good luck charging your devices. I had to leave this hotel and rebook someplace else for the night. Long story short, look elsewhere.

Convenient location to the main square and not too hilly. Basic accommodation with warm bedding. Shower wasn’t great and breakfast was just rolls and jam but nice rooftop views

New experience
The hostel is hard to find the first time, so do many others hidden in a narrow street up and down along the hill. Walking distance to plaza and old town where plenty of shops, dining and cathedrals. A local market nearby. Breakfast daily was included and daily housekeeping with new fresh towels.

Lovely little guest house with everything you need catered for. Very helpful owner. Packing us breakfast for going to machu picchu at 03:00 am. Comfortable bed with layers of heavy blankets, cosy and warm. They serve amazing south american coffee at breakfast, unbelievable! Coca drink available at all time. Close to everything.

Excellent guest house
I really enjoyed my stay at Pumamarca. It's not a hotel, it's a guest house, kind of a hostel standard. If you want a western style hotel this is not it. But for me, it made me feel like a guest of a local family. Diego, Roseanna & Neil all speak English. They provide a great breakfast buffet with fruits, yogurt, cheese, ham, local avocado & olives, bread butter & jam. Sometimes other stuff. There is unlimited tea all day long, all types, which is nice. The folks there are overall very kind, helpful & friendly. It's also very close to the center of town, & restaurants, etc. There is a tiny shop to the right as you exit Pumamarca that sells water & just about everything for cheaper than anywhere else around. I would happily stay here again. It's also very economical in price. They also gave me a heater for my room when I asked.

Good place to stay overall
Other than the rooms being entirely too small even for just one person (it was impossible to open and close my bathroom door without it hitting the bed), this is a good place to stay for a night or two. The hot water works, the WiFi connection is good, the free breakfast is okay, the room has a heater for the cold nights, and the two men who work in reception are extremely helpful. I stayed two nights, and although I would not stay there again (the room was just too small for me), it is a good value for your money in Cusco, and I do recommend it.

7 nights in great location
Great location, wonderful staff, great price. Walls are thin so you can hear everyone & everything. No heat so I was cold when not under the heaping covers on the bed.

Nice place to stay
For this price it is a perfect place to stay. Room was clean and hot running water available. I heard the other travelers complaining about hot water in other places in Cusco but I had no problem. I stayed there 3 nights. My room was a little bit noisy and I could hear people upstairs moving around but not a big deal for me. Breakfast is ok, again for this price I did not expect anything more.location is perfect and you can walk to old part and main plaza. I recommend this place.

Great Stay with Wonderful Breakfast
We stayed for nearly one week in the Pumamarca Guest House. The service was wonderful (the owner even helped us look for apartments to live in Cusco) and the location was spot-on: just minutes away from the Plaza de Armas and the trendy, hip San Blas neighborhood. The hostel is incredibly clean, safe, had hot showers, and a great breakfast. Tea was available, free, throughout the day, and breakfast changed daily but always had the staples of yogurt, toast, jam, granola, fruit, and a daily dish like guacamole or vegetables. You could also add on fried eggs or scrambled eggs for $1 or so more. The wifi ebbed and flowed and seemed better on the lower floors but we were able to watch Netflix on it with our room on the top floor. Also, there is a rooftop area to enjoy your breakfast. Highly recommended!

Great value
We only had a short, one-night stay and had to leave too early to have the included breakfast. However, we did get to see the lovely breakfast room with its spectacular views to watch fireworks that were part of the Cusco solstice festival the night we were there. Excellent service, reasonable price and close to the centro historico.
