Excellent stay
I can't say enough nice things about the hotel. The warm spring water pool was wonderful and super clean. There were plenty of little cabanas and lounge chairs around it, and you could order food and bevereges from the restaurant at reasonable prices. Our room had a nice little terrace overlooking the pool and garden with a table and seating. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable with a giant bed, and plenty of hot water. There was a jetted tub and shower too. For the quality, the price was great. We plan on staying here again, and bringing a whole bunch of friends.

Nice hotel
Hotel was nice. Pool was beautiful. Restaurant was good and service was excellent. Front desk personnel did not speak English (and unfortunately I don't speak Spanish), but they were super friendly and helpful, and with the help of Google translate (which they would bring up on their computer screen) we were able to communicate.

DO NOT COME HERE! WASTE OF MONEY! what didn't i like? lets start with the basics... this site is perfect for people with a car or a huge group who dont plan on going anywhere. but the city is famous for weddings! their website said its only a 15 minute drive to the city but its really 20-25 minutes to the center. obtaining a taxi/car was nearly impossible (we had to order one 45 minutes in advance) as there are barely any uber drivers who are willing to drive out that far and bring you back. both taxis and ubers will charge you at their will what they feel to take you to downtown. as for the hotel, itself, the internet is extremely bad, especially inside the room you will get no service. the rooms have no telephone to call a lobby or a concierge so you better hope you downloaded whatsapp to save the number & dial someone in at the front and hope you have wifi service to download the app & go through the registration process if you haven't already. there's no blowdryer, the towels were ripped, the sheets were dirty and the vault in the room was not very "safe". i have pics My mom had to go to the cafe to bring back to the room two coffees but they were extremely watered down. kind of like if you buy Nescafe coffee powder and pour water from the sink was what first came to mind. the employees themselves have mentioned that many previous guests whom have stayed with them have complained but the owners think they're lies. the property is nice, but theres SO much to improve!!

Relaxing and Quaint
Nice place to relax! A bit far from everything and a bit rustic but I guess that is the charm! Not a lot of services! Great pool and delicious breakfast

Neat economical resort
Jacuzzi pump didn't work. A little too cold in the room in February. Top notch otherwise. Quiet, tropical, great!

Water stopped working, Bathroom smelled like it was over a backed up septic tank. It was a really nice room other than those two things, however, Atotonilco village is close by and very nice

All great. The place is amazing and beautiful .
The place is great and the pool is amazing, the hotel is better than pictures . However the hotel Manager Mr Sandoval is not kind and does not understand about customer service, he does not listen to customers and does not care about customer needs! His way of talking to people is rude and even his behavior is not kind. The owners of the hotel should know that because of this person me and some other guest will not come back as he is everything but service oriented !

Nice Hacienda but avoid restaurant
Hotel is of type Hacienda, really nice. Pros : + Nice hotel + Large and clean Room + 2 outdoors Pools and 1 indoor Pool with dayly changed thermal water + Tennis courts + Water of the pool being used for other things when being changed Cons : - A bit far from San Miguel de Allende, so you'll need a car and luck to find a parking spot when in town - Restaurant service for breakfast was terrible, very slow, had to ask 3 or 4 times to get milk coffee or fruit juice, we let them know to make sure they improve that point The hotel is perfect if you want to relax after a long day of walking in San Miguel de Allende, We used the restaurant for the continental breakfast that was included in our booking, they weren't aware of it, and continental breakfast doesn't exist at their place so it was hard for them to figure out what it should include. We were ready to pay the extra to get eggs or chilaquiles. They charges us for that, but for a fraction of the price it should have been.
