Me hospedei de 17 a 18 agosto no quarto 820! Péssimo, porta com um furo na madeira, móveis velhos e quebrados! As toalhas de banho super finas, gastas e pequenas! Com cheiro de água sanitária! Ar condicionado não funcionava! A chave do quarto deu problema, por 4 vezes tive que descer na recepção pra liberarem! O acesso é ruim, com escada e sem rampa! Elevadores lotados, café da manhã com pouquíssima variedade! Frutas sem sabor! E o mais absurdo o valor da diária! 2 noites nesse “paraíso “ foi mais R$ 1,000 . Valor totalmente incompatível com o que oferecem! Não recomendo!

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. We stayed one night and packed up to another hotel, wasting our money. The facility is in bad condition, the toilet seat lifts off the ground if you move while using, the shower was moldy and the room had a terrible smell of bleach. Once the smell of bleach wore off, there was a wet dog smell that took over the room. The sheets were dirty. The breakfast food was nice, but the cleanliness of the breakfast area was lacking. The room is not whatsoever soundproof and you can hear everything that happens outside - which is unfortunate since other guests having a party and were loud overall, waking us up at 5am as they spoke quite loud in the hallway. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but still extra towels were provided to one room but not the other, and one of the bedrooms simply didn’t have a phone. I will never stay at this place again and expedia should absolutely contact this property to review their advertisement on the platform.

Under staffed. The few people working, they were very nice. During check in, there were 5-6 people in line and only one lady working because one guy took a break. Check in took me 40 min! Room is okay. It needs renovation, looks old. Breakfast was the best part. WiFi is non existent. It didn’t work at all!!!

It was horribly dirty all the cabinets were broken and holes from screws being removed it smelled like mold the bed clothes were dirty the soap was Tiny the parking was two blocks away the weight at the front desk was ridiculously long all night long and they had the nerve to charge us for water when their place was absolutely disgusting and look nothing like the internet. The picture they submitted was photoshopped especially the red Dot over the bed and they don't show how disgusting and filthy the bathroom was the Taps barely gave any water and it hardly drained. I love Brazil but this was the worst experience of my life in a hotel. Avoid this at all costs. They were many many people in the line yelling when we arrived and now I know why

Very disappointing
Not recommended. Flee from this place. Not good value for money. Only off-site parking, sketchy as we arrived to get the car and it was outside in the street. Smelly room, room was not ready when we arrived. No soap or towels when we arrived. Used razor in bathroom. Bed was small, uneven and with bedsheets smaller than the bed. Bad elevator, had to use stairs a lot. Good location though, and reasonable breakfast and staff seemed to try their best.

Entrada do hotel dificil p parar com o carro. Nao tem estacionamento e nem todo horario tem manobrista, e p hospede mesmo tem q levar o carro para um estacionamento duas quadras abaixo. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã bem fraco. Serviço de quarto deixou a desejar, estávamos em três e deixavam apenas duas toalhas, tínhamos que buscar na recepção, não limpavam a louça do banheiro e nem o chão, fomos pra praia e voltávamos e no outro dia a areia dos calçados continuava depois da limpeza.

Péssima escolha
Ambiente péssimo. Quarto mofado, teto caindo, quarto sem limpeza diária, tendo que implorar por uma toalha, os funcionários mal educados, com má vontade, como se estivessem fazendo favor a nós. No primeiro dia sequer tinha fronha no lençol, não tinha lençol e nem coberta para se cobrir. Banheiro extremamente sujo. Café da manhã com pouquissima variedade e ainda o pouco que tinha deixavam faltar. Já tinhamos ficado nesse hotel anteriormente, parece que estávamos em outro lugar. A cama de solteiro parecia uma cama hospitalar, com um colchão de 1 cm, totalmente desconfortável.

Terrível, as fotos não condiz com o lugar.
Terrível. Não indico esse hotel pra ninguém. O estacionamento é pago a parte, paguei no chekin mas o manobrista tinha tantos carro pra levar que eu tive que levar meu carro até o estacionamento e voltar de andando uns 5 minutos até o hotel. Quando abri a porta do quarto tinha 1 barata no guarda roupas. Fui tomar banho e tinha insetos no canto do box do banheiro e quanto mais água jogava mais inseto saía. A acústica do quarto é horrível, havia ensaio de escola de samba a quase 1km do hotel e parecia que era dentro do quarto. A única coisa boa foi a cama que era confortável. Minha esperança era o café da manhã, mas foi ainda mais decepcionante, poucas opções, bolos do dia anterior, os frios estavam todos grudados e o presunto passado com as bordas escurecidas. Os produtos de má qualidade sem gosto e ruim. Pra finalizar a estadia do horror, pedimos para o manobrista ir buscar o carro no estacionamento, quando entramos no carro, meu marido sentiu o cheiro do perfume que havia ficado dento do console fechado. Abrimos o console e o perfume havia sumido. Voltamos na recepção para reclamar, e ficaram de entrar em contato conosco. Porém antes de irmos embora meu marido foi falar com o manobrista, que estranhamente estava com o nosso perfume na mão dizendo que o menino do estacionamento deixou cair no chão. Ou seja, pegaram de dentro do nosso carro e talvez se não ficassemos por lá reclamando teríamos sido roubados em um estacionamento particular que pagamos 40,00. Não recomendo.
