Cold, holes, no towels....
Husband and I chose to stay here while traveling due to cheap price. The first thing we noticed was that the door didn't properly lock from the inside, the knob was misaligned. You could also easily swing it out of the top lock if you pulled on the door hard enough. There were holes in the chair and drawers, someone left a Snickers wrapper inside a light fixture, there were no towels, no shampoo, no bed comforter. My husband and I were cold all night under two thin blankets. Heater didn't work. 1/5 don't recommend. Pay a few extra bucks for something better.

I wish my room had towls,more toilet paper,didnt have any rags to use clean body with and no shampoos or conditioner no new sheets or pillow cases evrything smelled like cigarettes and piss on pillows

If it looks like too good of a deal, beware!
Never got to stay. Found listening when searching hotels Benson, CA. Misleading advertising lead me to believe it was located in Benson, when it was actually Tucson. Tried to call immediately after confirmation, no one answered the phone. Tried to chat with customer service via AI, keep dropping half way through me typing the message.

On a Budget and you don't care go there..
A Good deal but I understand why there's no hot water at all even told front desk they never came in to fix it. Security was iffy never identity was randomly asking are room gave us wrong direction to are room are room was occupied by someone else so we had to go back to the office to tell them know then they gave us a room where their was no heat I was so tired I didn't wanna hassle it. Good price but bad service!

Crazy
They just spoke me up at a dead sleep and kicked me out said my room smelled like smoke its a smoking room but that's not even the point the point is i was asleep and thought they woke me up to tell me yo up pay and nope they said u have 20 min to get out all i do is work and sleep that is all i have been there over a month that is nuts maybe its bc im a gold member they don't get there everyday rates though me I'm not sure but ive been there over a month I'm shocked at what they just did
