Disappointing, lack of service recovery.
Didn’t like that we booked through a “third party” company. Didn’t honor hotel.com promise. Had a rave on Saturday night. Closed pool early, loud music, thousands of people and our room faced the party and they called it an “upgrade”. Wouldn’t clean room even though we met there requirements of a four day stay. Says we should booked through them and not hotel.com and we wouldn’t have had those issues. Things that were good: food and food service were excellent.

Great get away stay
Talking Stick Casino and Hotel was the perfect place to stay for both business and relaxation. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the large bathroom with separate rain shower and soaking tub. Beds were very comfortable. Great choice of pools. Could use microwaves in the rooms. Nice live music and actvities on site. Casino was very busy and had lots of gaming options. Will go back again.

Beautiful resort, fabulous customer service.
We have had so much fun at Talking Stick. The restaurants are amazing, especially Tash that has delightful rainbow lit up stairs leading into their beautiful restaurant. The fact that they offer a menu of non-alcoholic mock-tails is also a plus as a pregnant woman! The spa is so luxurious and the room we are staying in is clean and beautiful. We have had an amazing stay and we are already talking about coming back.
