Friendly staff happy to provide good clear advice. Excellent location close to shops and walking distance from the centre. Excellent breakfast with great coffee options. Room was spacious too. The only issue for some might be the shower/bath which is a bit high to climb into. The sauna was a bonus and a bit of fun too. Very friendly and comfortable stay.

Hotel Perren is an amazing gem with an outstanding view of the Matterhorn if you can get a room with the Mountain View. It is close to the stations for gonergrat and Klein Matterhorn/Glacier Paradise. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is small but the quality is excellent! The croissants are so fresh and the Schaere coffee machine makes amazing cappuccino and latte drinks with real Swiss milk. The Zermatt water is so refreshing and energizing, and it just starts every right! Highly recommended!

This hotel offers the best you could have in Zermatt. Room itself is in perfect condition, very spacious and had a large bathtub. I cannot mention enough about the view of course. I watched the sunrise which shines on the Mattehorn from the balcony. Breakfast menu is simple but had all the essentials. Staff were very kind. Did not have much time to use Spa. It was the best choice I had during the trip.

ツェルマット駅までほぼ平坦な道で徒歩5〜6、ケーブルカー乗り場まで2〜3分とかなり便利。 フレンドリーなスタッフが、優しくチェックイン対応をはじめいたるところにホスピタリティを感じた。部屋のベランダからマッターホルンが見えていたのも感動した。朝食もパンやチーズの種類が多く大満足。

A Peaceful Stay by the River in Zermatt

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and all spoke excellent English. The location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk from the train station and the Sunnegga funicular, with a bus stop for Matterhorn Paradise conveniently located right across the street. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. Breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was excellent. In the evening, the soothing sound of the nearby river added an extra touch of coziness to our stay.

Trendy and lovely

I really loved this hotel. It was trendy, close to the train station, and had a delicious breakfast. The elevator on my side of the hotel was out when I was there, but the porter lugged my bags up for me. The room itself was small but the balcony with Mountain View and bathroom with soaker tub made up for the lack of space. My only wish was a shuttle ride to the train stop. The staff were very nice and welcoming!
