Boa localização, mas muitos problemas estruturais

Ficamos hospedados de 11 a 14 de julho. O hotel tem localização excelente: perto do centro, metrô, pontos turísticos e com fácil acesso por transporte de app. Mas, infelizmente, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. O cheiro de mofo nos corredores e no quarto era muito forte. Para quem tem alergia, é um alerta importante — precisei dormir com a janela aberta mesmo no inverno, só assim consegui suportar. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam gastas e manchadas, e as cortinas do quarto com sinais visíveis de mofo. A área de lazer (sauna, piscina, academia) está em reforma há algum tempo, mas isso só é informado em um aviso na recepção. Nenhuma menção no site ou aplicativos de reserva. Se você pretende usar essa estrutura, sugiro procurar outro hotel. O café da manhã é razoável — variedade de pães, bolos e frios, mas os sucos são muito artificiais. O atendimento é cordial. É uma pena, porque o hotel tem potencial, mas enquanto não passarem por uma renovação e resolverem os problemas com umidade, não voltarei. Minha saúde foi impactada negativamente pela condição do ambiente.
