Found the perfect stay in Roma Norte
This hotel is amazing! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore Roma Norte. I loved how I could take time to wander the area, return to the hotel for a quick rest, and escape the hustle and bustle of the streets. I also visited La Condesa a few times, which is just a short 15-minute walk away. The taco place beside this hotel does have events pretty late in the evening, Earplugs are stored in the night stand if needed.

We had a great time at Santa Casa! The location was perfect, the staff was always very kind and helpful and it just felt homey. For two that struggle with sleep the bed+pillows were the most comfortable!
We’ll book our next stay in CDMX at Santa Casa.

Great spot!
This was a very well-located and cute spot to stay! The inside is very quiet with complimentary coffee at all hours of the day, which is a great touch. The hot water was spotty at times, but overall it really wasn't that big of a deal. Great wifi connection, I could take calls from the courtyard without any issue.

Loved the stay. Beautiful and clean room. Know that there’s no elevator so lugging luggage is the only downside but that’s if you’re staying on higher floors.

Insanely loud at night especially during the weekend and the windows are paper thin. Water is also inconsistent.

Roma Norte experience
Since this is a no contact hotel it might appeal to certain folks. However walking up the stairs with luggage might not be easy for everyone, i did not see a lift in the property.
It also supposed to be a quiet space but the rooms are not sound proof and the doors do not have stoppers which means there is always some noises.
The common area is large and has shared amenities which again might appeal to some guests.
Neighborhood is ofcourse awesome that is the sole reason that made this experience worth it.

My room had glass bricks that allowed lights from upstairs all night. The room was bright which made sleeping really hard. In addition, the neighboring building had multiple dogs barking all night, two nights in a row. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you.

The room was great, really great location. I highly recommend here for someone who knows the city already and is enjoying polanco area. Although its a contactless hotel everyone there was helpful if you had a request or question. I only wish it had air, I went when it was unseasonably hot.
