Average stay this time around
Been here once or twice and usually have no problems but this time a little different. Got there and was given a room on the third floor. Immediately as we walked in it smelled like smoke. And not just barely but a lot. Call the front desk and was told to come down so we can figure out a different room. Got a room on the second floor and went from a king bed to a double queen. The room was adequate and no problems there. Checked in Saturday night and sometime during the day on Sunday as I was having a private moment with my girl, room service did not even not and try to enter the room. It wasn't until I jumped up and ran to the door and said excuse me who's there that she said room service. I said no thank you but it look like she had a tool and was trying to unlatch the safety latch. We had a do not disturb son hanging on the door but apparently that didn't matter. Make sure you put that do not disturb sign in the actual key card hole. Also, got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night and there was a roach in the bathroom. Like I said, this is usually a good place but unfortunately the stay there this time was just average.
