Great Location, But Let Down by Hygiene and Dated
The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area and access key attractions. However, the rooms are quite dated and could benefit from some modernisation to improve comfort and overall appeal. The breakfast was a disappointment. It consisted of coffee, a croissant, a slice of bread, cheese, and some butter. Unfortunately, the setup lacked proper hygiene; the food was left sitting uncovered on tables with people walking past, which didn’t feel sanitary. We ultimately decided to skip breakfast for this reason. While the location is excellent, the outdated rooms and unappealing breakfast experience would make me hesitant to recommend this hotel without some improvements.
Broken shower holder
Toilet not fixed down and when you sit on the toilet it moves.

Great city center option, safe for solo travelers
The staff was very friendly and the location of this hotel is 10/10. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Can hear some noise from room, but I’ve found this pretty typical with most places I’ve stayed in Europe so it wasn’t bothersome. Full size bed and en suite bathroom were great, and the bed was topped with one of the comfiest blankets I’ve ever slept with. Pillows are a bit small but overall a great stay and fabulous location! There is also a cute cat on the property but he is skiddish lol

Quaint
Chose for unique design and central location in town. Location was perfect. Room was not what we expected based off pictures. There were 3 beds in a small room ‘downstairs’ from where you entered the room - we were expecting a loft with a little more space. Our room was challenging to find with poor signage. Elevator access, but not to the 1/2 floor we were staying on. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Great hotel in the heart of the city!
This hotel is super chic and cozy. I loved the decor and how it’s not designed like the traditional cookie-cutter apartments. Each room has its own charm it’s located walking distance to grand palace, shops, bars and restaurants in the heart of the city and an easy walk to the train station.

Quirky
Beautifully quirky. Well-sized rooms with large bathrooms. There was no functioning television, but there was internet. The breakfast was marvelous: fresh baked breads and fresh jams.

Great location and customer service.
Location is excellent and the room was very clean and towels changed daily. The owner was very kind and always willing to help.. the hotel has lots of personality with colors of the room which I found interesting…. The room wasn’t extremely comfortable but I didn’t have an issue to sleep at all.

Best hotel expereience ever. And to think it is the next street from the Grand Place. We were led on a journey of travels with all the art and displays. Look down every hallway and around every corner, nothing is the same. The room was large and well appointed.

Good location, terrible room
Room was terrible, had to request to move from our original room as it stank of cigarette smoke. There was no space to move around at all, no amenities like a kettle or even a hook to hang your towel. Walls and windows are really thin, so not good if you’re a light sleeper. Cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. However, the staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is also great.

Lovely hotel, but a little worn down
Hotel was lovely. Room was clean, but a little worn. Bathroom had shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet room even though the street is busy.

Lugar lindo e aconchegante
Amei e voltaria!
