Excellent Place to Stay.
The entire experience was better than expected. The service by the front desk was super friendly. Sofia took care of us for the entirety of our stay. I used the workout place, which had all the essentials for a good workout routine. The room was great and when we extended our stay, they arranged for us not to move rooms. That to me was going above and beyond. Great place to stay with tons of things to do around it, all within walking distance.

Conveniently located, large clean modern rooms.
Stayed there just one night, conveniently located, large rooms, very clean and confortable. The service was great very friendly and helpful. The terrace wasnt great, the chairs and table were dirty and also the terrace. Though it was raining so maybe that was the problem.

8/10 Very good

This was a 2 night stay while in CDMX on business. It’s a nice facility with very friendly staff. However, the management seems to be skimping unnecessarily. For example there is a coffee machine in the room but you must go to the front desk to buy the pods. So much for waking up and enjoying a fresh cup in your room. Also face towels were only available upon request. Why? The gym is pretty nice but no towels or even a water cooler. Again, why? I might stay here again but I might also try another spot. Wish I could give 5 stars.

Very beautiful neighborhood, very safe. Hotel is well kept and service and cleanliness at it’s best. I will return.

10/10 Exceptional

The location is great, a lot of places for dinner and shopping around walking distance. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful, the room had a really good size and was very clean. I would stay there again. The only little hiccup is that for some reason the taxis and Ubers don't recognize the location easily that keeps me baffle because it's pretty much a great location.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, offering a secure environment and outstanding hospitality. The rooms are well-maintained and spotless, complemented by a top-notch gym facility. Guests can enjoy a swift internet connection, perfect for both work and leisure. Additionally, the hotel boasts an enjoyable terrace area. On the ground floor, there is a delightful restaurant specializing in pizza, pasta dishes and wine. I will be back! 😍

Would return!
Our stay was great! Friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast was delicious both days with table service and very large portions. The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, and the bathroom shower was great. The location was great, however we had a room that faced the bus station/main road and so it was loud with traffic at times. One small downfall was that we had a Hotels.com VIP perk of a free bottle of wine - they gave us a 200ml bottle which was really quite small.

4/10 Fair

The rooms are clean, but maybe excessively cleaned as the room smelled like toxic products every time I came back. They advertise sound proof windows, coffee machine, etc and all the conveniences to make the stay accommodating for long days of work as a business hotel, however none of the above are offered. It is incredibly noisy, a nespresso machine is there but no pods to add to it (and even if they did there is a note that there is an extra charge for coffee). The mini bar is filled with tons of small bottles of liquor and nothing to grab and go when on the run. I took notes on the notepads and left them on counter in room and all of them were thrown away. The bed sheets feel like cardboard. The front desk attendants are always on personal phone calls and unaccommodating. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Everything seemed fine. I notice my check in papwrwork said I had VIP treat to a bottle of wine (didn’t get it) and no upgrade was offered with VIP. But never received either. And up until check out everything was fine. Then, receptionist insisted we took some gum that was offered in the room. But we didn’t even have gum available to us in the room to take. The only thing available was cough drops which was not needed so it wasn’t taken. And the mini bar fridge was locked! So, It was quite annoying having to write out a sentence on a sheet of paper stating I did not take the gum. After telling them we didn’t. Felt like a kid being punished haha! Other than that the stay was comfortable
