Venice a must see but done that move on category.
The hotel was not amazing but it was nice. The beds are not ok. That is my only complaint. Really bad, the good things about the hotel is that it has an elevator and the breakfast was affordable and pretty good. I would return to this hotel if not for the bed because sleep is very important to me especially when traveling and on the go. You have to be rested. One last thing about Venice over all travel light, luggage and water taxis are no joke.

A lovely hotel, great location close to Rialto and a short walk to San Marco. Nice rooms, very clean except for the proximity to a local bar and the crowd that came with it making it difficult to get to the hotel. But i did know this before arrival, so not a complaint just mentioning it.

Great stay for a Girls Trip !!
Great experience. The staff was friendly and it was a safe area for a girls trip. Getting a water taxi from the hotel was seamless. Quick walk to the rialto bridge and close to the shops.

We were checked in by an obviously stressed person. In later interactions, she was very helpful, though, so i will blame the August heat of Venice. The front desk staff was genial and friendly as we came and went. They were very helpful in storing our luggage after checkout. We had a triple that was quite small. In comparison, the room was smaller than any of the 3 bedrooms in a comparably priced and comparably located VRBO we had stayed in the previous week. We were pleasantly surprised to have daily housekeeping. The hotel is on a secluded street but there is a bar next to the hotel that can be quite loud at night. The area around the hotel is very lively --right by the Rialto bridge. There are lots of shops, restaurants and diversions quite nearby.

Not the best property to travel with small children. There's a bar downstairs that can be a bit loud but overall tolerable. Lots of people gather at this venue and at the entrance of the hotel. The AC didn’t work well. It gets very hot. The staff was helpful by getting us a fan.

Great location to stay in Venice. Shower was really small and A/C did not cool below 25C so it was uncomfortable to sleep. Staff did nothing to resolved the issue. Felt I was cheated out of what I paid for, and they had the gall to bill me for a bottle of water.

Not bad for Venice
Small but considerably modern (updated) for Venice. A/C couldn’t get cooler than 23 Celsius which was not cool enough for me to sleep comfortably. Tiny shower by decent size bathroom. The elevator was appreciated! I didn’t like that I had to leave the card to open my door at the front desk every time I left the hotel.

First time inVenice
Very clean, comfortable & quiet. Spacious bathroom, shower a little small. Not far from a center square & Rialto bridge. Easy access from train station via water taxi.

The room was clean but the air conditioning would not get cool! Room lacked air movement, no options to open the window or make the room cooler. Room itself was nice and clean, the hotel is tucked away from big crowds. It was difficult to initially find the hotel due to the maze of alleys. Overall, I would recommend this hotel in cooler weather conditions, NOT during the summer heat.

Very convenient location and wonderful staff. The air conditioner was not working and it was very hot. However they were having it fixed the day we left. All in all a good place.

Wonderful location, right in the heart of Venice, 1min stroll to the Rialto bridge and airport boat access. Free room upgrade was appreciated, bonus! Very clean, breakfast was surprisingly good, staff attentive and professional. Also, right next to hotel was a fantastic Italian Tapas bar & restaurant, a hidden gem! Lovely place, highly recommended.

Lovely friendly hotel , clean bedrooms quite small but didn’t spent anytime in the room. Option for breakfast is very reasonable just for continental breakfast before your day starts .

The hotel is nicely located near Rialto Bridge, walkable to most visited landmarks. There are plenty nice restaurants and canal side eateries. Close to cafes, public and private water taxi, and famous cafes, bars and pubs. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a very nice server. The room was clean with nice double/queen bed. The bathroom and tub/shower were good size and clean. A nice and famous cafe/restaurant was is attached to the hotel and within 20 steps door to door. Nice and cute for its category of hotels and for the value. Having breakfast at the hotel was very convenient. Friendly staff.

6/10 Good

Staff were nice. Shower was excellent. Location was good with regard to ease of getting everywhere. There were some problems though. Bar below our window was very loud and so room noise was difficult until at least midnight. WiFi was very weak. A/C was ok but room became a little warm during the day. Also, bar crowds formed in alleys leading to hotel all afternoon and evening so getting back to hotel required getting past drunken patrons which was sometimes difficult or unpleasant (broken glass, rude comments, etc). For the price we paid for our room, we expected fewer issues. If we come again, we would likely stay elsewhere.
