The hotel and area were very nice, the room was a great size, very comfortable and nicely designed. However, in our 4 night stay there were 3 days where the water was shut off intermittently due to some mechanical issue (no shower or sink water). They notified us and assured that it would be fixed soon which eventually it was, but on and off during these days. I can understand that such things happen and can be unpredictable, but for the amount we paid and for this quality of hotel, my expectations is that some compensation be offered for such an inconvenience, and not a word of that was spoken from the multiple employees we talked to. When we brought this up ourselves at checkout, the front desk assured us a manager would contact us about compensation. Over a week has passed and we have yet to hear from anyone.
