There where a bunch of homeless people staying outside the hotel the food was horrible and the hotel looked half done made everyone evacuate the hotel right before check out and stand out in the freezing cold while it was snowing

If you aren't from the city, the parking situation is very daunting and the bed had a bunch of someone else's hair all over it when I first got there.

The bathroom was not clean. There was a glob of hair in toilet and you could tell the shower was not wiped down, there were a couple strands of hair on wall and a ring from a bottle on the shelf that I tried to wipe off to see if it was stained and it wiped right off

Nice hotel, nice price, nice breakfast.
In town for an overnight hockey trip. Hotel was very nice in a cool old building. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh, which was a nice plus since we just wanted to get on the road. We were advised on check-in to be cautious about street parking near the property due to some recent vehicle break-ins, but we had no issues. It was a short walk to Enterprise Center for the hockey game.

The welcome was unprofessional. So unpleasant if l wasn't reserve my room on line l would walked away to check in to another hotel. However on my last day

The service was amazing..they was busy since it was a jellyroll concert but they still kept their smiles and stayed very polite. The room was great except finding a bar of used soap in the shower left there from the last guest.. but overall we was pleased

All around bad.
The toilet paper dispenser was broken and was hanging from the wall. The toilet seat was crooked so I felt the cold bowl.
Housekeeping took/discarded my receipts that were on the counter that I needed to submit for expense reimbursement. The elevator was broken so I had to climb the stairs. But no one told us so we stood there for a while first. I called the desk several times to speak with a manager and I was hung up on or placed on perpetual hold. I left messages but no one returned my calls. The chairs in the lobby were disgustingly dirty. The elevator lobby was dark and dirty. The hairdryer was dirty…

I showed up NOT pleased, as I had been diagnosed with Covid right after the cancellation deadline and the hotel would not work with me AT ALL. The traditional 24-36 hr cancellation deadline is far more reasonable for visitors who pay extra to have a deadline.

It was ok. The elevator is an old one it doesn't work quite right. Lots of homeless around outside. Very limited parking leaving no option but pay 45.00 a night for the hotel valet to park your car. Our room was clean and the staff friendly though and it is walking distance to a lot of different attractions downtown.
