A great long weekend stay for a family wedding. The on- site bar and cafe are wonderfully charming, and the staff really attentive and helpful overall. We loved our stay and the location/ walkability of the area. Let’s not forget the plush bedding and soft sheets ensuring a good night’s rest. Thank you!

Very nice hotel and room. Great location for walking in Country Club Plaza area. Self parking was attached and easy to get to. Would have liked a microwave in the room. Shower had good pressure and beds were very comfortable.

We celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and from the time we checked in until the time we left we were treated like royalty. The entire staff throughout the entire hotel celebrated with us. They even sent chocolate covered strawberries and had a bottle of chilled champagne upon our return from dinner. We will definitely be a frequent guest here for all our celebrations

Not the cleanest room. Dirty carpet, walls, baseboards. Loved the pool, bar and coffee area for breakfast!

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a lovely, comfortable hotel and so near Crown Center. I appreciated the complimentary coffee every morning, but I still think it lacks a casual restaurant that could be used for breakfast. Perhaps its close proximity the Crown Center makes it hard to keep another full restaurant available??

Great staff, cleanish room. Just showing some wear and tear and grout stains. I know it can’t be perfect but for a higher end hotel you kinda do a double take. Overall nice stay and definitely better than a chain hotel.

Nice location and great architecture in the area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again but dislike that parking is paid to park in hotel car park. - Off street parking is available and plenty close by for free in evening hours. Would 100% stay again.

I love LOVE this hotel. Best customer service hands down. Ganwic and Joey at the pool, Brian and Tamara at the front desk, and Shi at the hostess stand were all friendly, kind, genuine, helpful, and made my stay a happy one. ☺️

Beautiful hotel with every amenity you could want. Wish we had time to stay another night. Staff was superior. The car used for taking you to any where in the plaza district was a Tesla which beats going in a van. Loved this place!
