VB tournament
The rooms were clean and neat. Our stay, we did a suite with a kitchen, which was very nice. I didn't know that these particular rooms had a double entrance that you share with other guests. This can be difficult if they aren't, well, common courtesy, and slamming doors throughout all hours of the night. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, as all the staff was great and went above and beyond! The pools were nice! The local restaurants were great! Several within a block of the hotel. I would definitely come back if I was visiting the area.

Great views
Stayed on the 18th floor ocean side with the most amazing view and all the amenities. First morning watched two dolphins swim directly in front of us a few feet from shore. Only downside, very small bathroom & use of jacuzzi tub yielded small black particles in the water which looked like they may have come from a too old filter that needed to be replaced.

Our room was clean, but it appeared that it was not completely finished and ready for guests...bowl on the counter, orange cleaning rag was left on stove and half empty bottle of shower gel, along with guest/extra pillows were sitting on the dining table when we arrived. We promptly reported these matters to guest services.
