Breakfast was great but i would definitely recommend a sanitation station because after seeing someone coughing and sneezing into their hands then touching the serving equipment I lost my appetite immediately. So Get a sanitation station and ensure prompt guests to use the service after their attendance was verified.

Worth the price. Location is excellent as it located across the first bus stop, which is easy for people to catch the bus to the airport (do not have to worry about the seat on the bus). Very clean and safe (for solo traveller). Facilities are all in a good condition. Convenience as the Lidl (grocery store) is next to the hotel, as well as the Metro. It also 5 mins walk to the shopping mall and Andel tram station.

Very convenient location next to Andel Metro entrance. Tram stops are not far and Na Knizeci bus station is just across the road. From there you can take a bus to Cesky Krumlov for a day trip. Our room was clean, with good shower and comfortable bed. The pillows are very soft. There is a small balcony. The hotel is based on the top floor of what looks like a block of flats. Location is quiet after 10pm.

I loved my room at Akcent Hotel! I had beautiful views from my corner room’s floor to ceiling windows and balcony. My bedding was very comfortable and clean and rain shower head felt like a spa day. There is lots of public transportation options just outside the hotel and the area attracts homeless individuals. However the hotel staff ensured me the building is safe and is only accessible by key cards after office hours. I never felt in danger while at the hotel.

The hotel was easy to find since it is directly in front of you when you come out of the metro. The room is clean and comfy so that was the good part. The not so good part was the bed because it was bit uncomfortable and the blanket was so thick that it should be used in winter. Since it had 26-28 degrees in the room you could not sleep with the blanket. Another negative point was the breakfast. It was ok but not at all a 4Star-Breakfast. Good range of options but not of high quality. This should not sound all negative. The bath was beautiful and the price-performance ratio was very nice. So i would still recommend to stay here if you do not want to spend more money.

Dejligt sted at holde ferie. Tæt på metro, bus, sporvogn som kører dig hurtigt til centrum. Eller længere væk. Lidl i kælderen. Et stort indkøbscenter i nærheden. Selve hotellet har sine værelser på 6 sal. Store værelser og dejligt badeværelse. Morgenmaden er ensformig. Flere kager end brød. Men man kan blive mæt. Hurtig opfyldning og hurtig oprydning. Har været her flere gange og kommer gerne igen. Personale er venlige og imødekommende.

Läget... byggnaden är inte snygg men hotellet finns i Smichov och precis utanför så har du nedgången till tunnelbanan/metro. Det finns en stor busstation utanför i de fall du ska ta dig utanför Prag. Mycket nära till spårvagnen som tar dig snabbt till stans olika sevärdheter. Delar av området är nybyggt med nya fastigheter där det låg en nedgången bangård. Det finns många andra hotell runt om, många restauranger samt ett stort shoppingcenter. I bottenvåningen huserar numera även Lidl om du vill ha något till rummet och inte vill nalla av hotellbaren. Utanför/bredvid så finns det även en foodcourt med flertalet restauranger (säg 20 st och två barer) och vissa kvällar evenemang. Receptionen är på första våningen samt restaurang/frukost. Alla rummen ligger högst upp, och har du tur så får du utsikt över busshållplatsen men över hela Prag. Badrummen är nyrenoverade, du får en balkong som du kan kliva ut på, frukosten är helt okej (jag tycker den är mycket okej).

One night before flying

Unfortunately the bathroom and particularly the toilet was not cleaned prior to my stay / quite nasty. The room was fine but one elevator means elevator waits at times. Breakfast was just ok, could have been better but I have had worse. Great location with metro stop 10 m from door and grocery store equally close.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix, et idéalement situé pour découvrir Pragues (accessibilité depuis autoroutes, parking (payant) à proximité directe, station de métro au pied de l’immeuble - centre historique en moins de 15 minutes. Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’hôtel est bien placé. Il est proche des transports et permet donc de se déplacer très rapidement au centre mais aussi de rejoindre rapidement l’aéroport. Le lit était confortable. Par contre l’oreiller était très très mou donc il n’avait aucun intérêt. La chambre n’est pas tres bon isolé. Heureusement qu’il n’y avait pas de bruits le soir car on pouvait entendre facilement les personnes dans les couloirs. Le petit déjeuner était très correct. Le personnel était top. Cependant la sale de bain n’était pas top à 100%

Disappointing Service Despite Spacious Rooms

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the room was spacious and the breakfast was decent, the overall experience was negatively affected by the outdated condition of the hotel. More importantly, one of the reception staff members was particularly rude which left a very poor impression. Hospitality and courtesy are essential at the front desk, and unfortunately, this was lacking.
