nice hotel, the rooms look aged a little but are still fine. Hotel is on the main road and also backs onto the road by the sea. so a quick walk into rua das pedras is nice.

Horrible, horrible!
Not what I expected from the pictures. Old aircon unit sounded like a vaccum cleaner. Old bad/mattress way past its shelf life. A bath that takes 1 hour to fill. Little bugs everywhere in the room, flies hopping all over the breakfast food. Staff apathetic when I reported the above issues. I guess they are used to complaints. Sorry for the negative review but I had to be honest! There are loads of beautiful pousadas in Buzios so I encourage all international visitors to stay away from this place!

Great Hotel. Great location. Poor front desk service
The hotel location is good (close to fun Centro and nightlife); pool is great (the best in Buzios); rooms comfortable (make sure you get pool or ocean view and that the room is mosquitoes free). Negative part is service. On arrival no staff accompanied us to the room (despite more than 5 standing in the lobby). On arrival to the room the balcony door was opened and room had mosquitoes all over. Called front desk for assistance and was given spray to fumigate the room after I called 3 times. No one care to go to the room to inspect how bad it was. The front desk clerk kept insisting it was normal, after I fumigated twice over a period of 5 hours the situation did not improved much. The Front desk was very reluctant to change the room insiing it was normal to have mosquitos and have the balcony door left open. I insited further fumigation and wait was not an option and front desk clerk agreed to cahange room. The new room was just next door and it was mosquito free so it was not “normal” the situation in the initial room. Once I moved to the new room all was good. The Hotel is really great just needs better service

Estadia muito boa
Achei muito boa, de forma geral. Alguns detalhes foram observados: quando chegamos, 16h no hotel (2 horas pós check in), fizemos o check in e subimos pro quarto. Quando chegamos na porta, ainda estava sendo limpo. Desci pra reclamar e nos trocaram de quarto rapidamente. Na hora do check out, também nos cobraram serviço de restaurante que não havíamos consumido. Isso também foi resolvido. Fora essas 2 situações, a estadia foi ótima. O quarto é amplo, secador funciona bem, café da manhã é farto, piscina aquecida e os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Voltaria com certeza!

Gostamos e voltaremos.
Viajamos em Familia, 1 crianca de 11 anos e uma bebê de 1 ano, o quarto e a estrutura do hotel nos atendeu muito bem. A estrutura do hotel é boa, piscina grande , espaço kids, funcionarios atenciosos, a localização também é muito boa, a poucos minutos da rua da pedras. O hotel parece ser um pouco antigo e necessita de algumas manutenções, que até estavam acontecendo durante nossa estadia, mas nada que nos atrapalhasse . Café da manhã bem servido, com estação de tapioca, omelete e crepe.

Lugar lindo para relaxar
Local muito bonito, dá pra ir a pé na Rua das Pedras, Praia dos Ossos e Azeda. O destaque no café da manhã fica por conta do brasileiro mais argentino que já conheci, faz ótimas tapiocas e omeletes. A área da piscina é excelente. A Piscina aquecida é um diferencial.

Problemas com a cobertura Wifi. O acesso a Internet não funcionava em minha acomodação. Água quente do lavatório e chuveiro demorando mais de 10 minutos para funcionar, devido a distância do apartamento em relação a caldeira de aquecimento, (informação fornecida pelo serviço de manutenção). Barulho de água de chuveiro, muito incômodo, oriundo da acomodação ao lado, ocorrendo em qualquer horario, do dia e da noite.
