Not going to choose this next time
Design of this hotel feels a bit sanitized and severe. It is minimalist modern, and the rooms are utilitarian, but not cozy or welcoming. The beds and pillows are very comfortable but it should feel like a hotel, not hospital. Breakfast was plastic wrap overkill and was not appetizing.

Love this brand!!
My stay was great, the only thing they should include as an amenity is a general use microwave. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable! Actually one of the best hotel beds ever!!!

No one was at the desk to greet us when we came in and didn’t come up until we found them in the laundry room. They said they had a sign that they were away helping other guests but were by themselves in the laundry room and seemed very bothered that we were looking for them as we wanted to get checked in quickly. The AC unit did not keep the room consistently cool and we had many sleep disruptions due to being too warm.
