Everyone needs a raise
I loved how they let ys get our stuff together and didnt pass judgment especially MJ he and the housekeeping were so good abd so was maintenance. They were very good to us. We were goig through something bad. Our company left us stranded there and they helped us as much as they could with everything. I applaud The hope that they gave us I like the way they treated us the rooms were clean it smell great it wasn't out of date things up in the room it didn't smell like mothballs it's not your typical smelling hotel the rates were great they just helped us so much they wouldn't above and beyond approach and none of this stuff not none of the front desk that have looked at us like we were not human like most hotels do they turn up their nose at you and they treat you really bad even though they don't know what you're going through and it was good to be around that staff when we were going through things and they helped us a lot with everything that gave us a late checkout it was wonderful for the most part I think of if it hadn't been for their patients we would have been more stressed out but I think them very much the whole hotel thank you.

I had to be moved from a king bed to two queen because the remote wonā€™t work and no one knew how to fix it. In the new room you could hear the people above my room all night walking around. The maid came in and folded the bathroom floor mat but that was it, didnā€™t make the bed, didnā€™t restock anything. The only good thing about this place was the young man working the front desk in the evenings.

Toilet didnā€™t work properly. I had to go get a plunger from front desk and my girlfriend had to keep going to lobby Just to use restroom. Also the hot tub was dirty prior to us using it.

The room above me had people, maybe children, jumping on the floor until after midnight, and then again early in the morning. It was very loud!!! The door in the back, that needed to be used to get into the motel, didnā€™t work. They told me at the front desk that I would have to park my car in the back and then walk all the way around to the front of the motel to get inside. I told them that I would be parking in a Handicao spot, and walking around the motel in the freezing cold would be very difficult for me. The only answer I got was ā€œThe door doesnā€™t work from the outsideā€. They could have offered to open the door for me from the inside, so I could park and get right in, but they didnā€™t offer that. I had to walk from the parking lot in the back all the way around to the front of the motel in order to get to my room.

The room was large. Hair in the shower drain and the drain cover was very dirty. Side door of the building was propped open with a sign saying it was broken. Seems it was fixed overnight between 11pm and 7am? Breakfast was not much. Nothing I could grab and go. I would not stay again. Pool is still empty
