Amazing cleaning staff!
This hotel was beautiful and the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
We also asked if we could have an ocean view room and they upgraded us at no cost. The outdoor pools are also lovely.

Nothing like paradise
We spent 4 nights in this sprawling property which is divide into the main premises and annex had we known that when booking we would have chosen the annex as apparently it’s much more modern and upscale, first impressions overall are reasonable even though the front door personnel are cool and unwelcoming check-in and out was slightly better . Baggage service was efficient and friendly. Complimentary parking is available but beware the spaces they are very narrow making exiting your vehicle awkward even when between the lines . Out room(1202) was adequate but very dated for a 5 star hotel but with a splendid view .sleep quality was good as was housekeeping , the bathroom however was terrible wiith a very poor shower with weak water pressure and an awful shower curtain instead of the more usual full screen or cubicle again not very 5 star . Toiletries were pump action and adequate but some items were on a mini bar system and Chargeable. There is a breakfast option for an additional charge after a cursory glance in the restaurant we decided to eat out. Additional facilities include a nice pool which gets closed for cleaning mid afternoon instead of early mourning while guests are still on their rooms ( I presume staff convenience is more important !!!!) there are also complimentary hot springs ( for some room types )via a 1 day pass system for each day of your stay. Access to the beach and proximity to restaurants and shops , including a street market are excellent

It was a pleasure stay at Paradise Hotel Busan.
The hotel located just in front of Haeundae beach with Ocean view; facilitate with spa pools and sauna, good location, variety of choices for breakfast buffet, accessible to many popular restaurants nearby by walking distance.
Check-in was smooth. Mr. Jo Seong Woo 조성우 was very nice and offers us free upgrade for our rooms from City View to Ocean View. He is very helpful and personally guide us up to our room.
Mr Cha Kyeong Jin 차경진 was friendly and assisted us when we check-out.

Skip this hotel and stay at Grand Josun Busan instead. This hotel is overpriced and overrated. It’s the only hotel on Haeundae Beach with direct access to the beach which is a plus in some parts of the world but Haeundae Beach is so bad that you don’t want to go in anyway. Instead of installing a shower for their guests to rinse off after the beach they provide you a tiny air gun which is useless against wet sand. LOL. They charge you for everything. $5 for ice because there is no ice machine. $70 for a nice comforter for the pullout sofa although a thin crapy blanket is free. Pool is so crowded that it’s more like a hot tub. Nasty but it’s like that in Korea based on my two weeks of travel in Korea. This hotel has past its prime and needs to be rebuilt. You can tell because it’s shorter than surrounding buildings and uglier.
