Upon arrival we discovered that Reception and restaurant were closed for refurbishment and that the breakfast would have been served in the room the day after and that it would have been limited in options. This is the reason why the cost of the breakfast should have been reduced!!
The morning after, the breakfast was served by the waitress on a tray. No trolley, no plates, and some of the drinks missed.
If you want to provide IRD you need to organise yourself in order to provide this service at your best. How can I eat scrambled eggs in a paper plate on my legs??? What did I pay for? We than called the reception, from personal mobile since the phone in the room was disconnected, to ask for a table and the house porter, without even even say thank you or sorry or hi, left a glass table .. useless without chairs!
the rest of the staff had no standard and since of guest service, and no empathy for us and the feedback provided!
We had 2 rooms 603 and 802
Despite the great location, because close to the Tour Eiffel I would not recommend it!
