Comfortable room if not a little dated but nothing to ruin stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, hot and always well stocked. Will definitely be returning. Ideally situated for Warwick Castle and Stratford upon Avon.

Hello. Our stay was fine but we did comment on departure that we didn’t think the room we were given was representative of a Superior King. Other rooms that were being cleaned as we departed seemed to match the description more accurately. The room was very small and hot. I would hope that a Superior room would have been more spacious and have a method of managing the temperature.

Nice hotel in parts with modern decor and carpets. Sadly our room was in the grotty and not refurbished. No milk on hospitality tray just missing nice touches. Would say our room was 2 stars at best. The restaurant was very dissapointing. Both of our selections where unavailable and had no chips or potatoes just mini croquets. Could be a nice hotel wth a bit of work

Really poor, we ended up checking out and not staying. Rooms dated, TV not working, damp smell. Moved rooms and exactly the same problems. Tried to charge £7 for car park on top of room rate.

The room was extremely clean and the towels were replaced overnight even though we hung them up to save on the eco service. My one criticism would be - that the plug sockets are not close enough to the mirror to use the hair dryer and my hair straighteners. It was really difficult to try to manage

I always stay at delta, this time i was given the room on the ground floor, it was in a bad condition, lights were not working, bathroom was old and dirty, the sink had water drainage issues, the room door kept making noises, even internet was very patchy. This floor seems run down without proper maintenance. I am again staying next week and the week after and do not want to stay on the ground floor as clearly its an unmaintained part of the hotel building

Awful

Booked on points and was utterly disappointed. I booked Marriott because they maintain a certain standard, or so I thought. I was given a room that hasn’t been refurbished since the 1980’s, it was awful. Marks up the walls, peeling paper, moldy bathroom… the list goes on. Having said that it was cleaned to a good standard and the sheets were mercifully clean. I had to be moved rooms (to yet another very tired room - even the receptionist apologised) as there was a holiday bus party that was having an event. The noise from this was actually shocking for a ‘Golden Oldies’ event. The live singers were so loud and the bass of the music ran the length of the hotel. The receptionist was so apologetic and even admitted that she couldn’t hear when the phone rang. I would never stay at this hotel again after being given an extremely substandard room because I had booked on points and for the level of noise that the hotel seemingly had no control over. The whole place brings the brand of Marriott down.
