Very clean and comfortable. Great variety at breakfast. Hotel desk staff was super helpful and booked a transport service to the port for our cruise the next day. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to stay before/after a cruise from Port Canaveral.

Great hotel Stay, Before my Cruise.
This entire hotel looks Brand new especially the rooms. The hotel had a room safe, microwave and refrigerator in a large standard room. Excellent location with restaurants and convivence stores walking distance from hotel. I will definitely return.

Lacking in Customer Service
Super nice hotel! However we were in town for a 1 night stay before a cruise and the morning of our checkout the shower was not usable due to a malfunction. We spoke with someone at the front desk and were told someone would be right up however no one came til an hour and a half later. At that point we had an hour til checkout and no way for a family of 4 to use the shower. During checkout we asked to speak with someone but were told the manager on duty was out and we would be contacted by phone later. When we were contacted Marriott instead of being offered any sort of compensation we were asked to join their rewards club? We don’t expect to have the entire night compensated but we feel something should be done considering the circumstances.

The room was dirty. The couch was very filthy. It was boogies on the pillow .. the door had a huge gap between the floor and the bottom of the door, which made me feel really uncomfortable for the price and what I paid exactly it was not worth it. I’ve tried to reach out to customer service but I’ve been on. And their breakfast was terrible. I wasn’t expecting five star but the orange juice was gross. Everything was gross.

Mold in our shower
This is our second stay at this location and we were very disappointed in the level of cleanliness and disinfecting. Our bathroom was in sad sad shape. Hair on the wall and in the sink and mold in the shower. Mold in the shower dowsnt just pop up. Mold is from months of inadequate cleaning. Very disappointed.
