Excellent quality for the price.
Excellent front desk customer service. And security is excellent too-when I accidentally locked myself out of my room at night. The weekend breakfast is wonderful; a full breakfast. Clean rooms - lots of towels. The only thing that I would have liked to be better was the noisy air conditioning unit in the room.

Filty place
The location is good but the motel is not. The line to check in was very long and slow. The staff memeber that checked us in was nice. The front desk didnt have enough staff to be efficiently helping guest. We pulled up to the room noticing people hanging out like they live there. When we got out of the car all we could smell is weed. The room was awful. The carpet was filty, the door had a 1-2 inch gap at the bottom that you could see under and hear all noise and smell the weed come in. We pulled the blanket back and found hair on the sheets, the sinks were dirty with tooth paste, the bathroom floor has dust and crumbs on it. There was lukewarm water that lasted for less that 2 minutes so one of us had a very cold shower. This place was awful they shouldnt be charging the price they do. Filty, weed smelling and people just hanging out.

Great service, helpful staff!!!
The stay was uneventful, clean comfortable enough and a good breakfast for a budget motel…but where they really shined was when we got onto our cruise and realized that we left our Kindle in the room!!! We called them and they went and found it, confirmed our home address a overnighted it back home, safe and sound! What a blessing!!!

If your looking for budget friendly, then this will do the trick. Staff was friendly. It seems to be a older property, but kept up ok. I think there may have been security in the parking lot at night and for reason. I would recommend for a one nighter passing through on budget.

Stopover for the Keys
We stayed after a Miami cruise to go down to the Keys. This was a good location. While the motel was dated there was a lot of effort to improve the experience. The room was comfortable and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. This was a comfortable and a good night's sleep after a day of driving to Key West.

Budget-friendly, clean, close to park
This is a budget-friendly hotel near Biscayne National Park, the main reason we were staying there. Nothing fancy but the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was decent. The staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel is nice enough, though a little dated. Service was good. Cleanliness could have been better. The room was clean enough, but I'm not sure I would've wanted to take a shower in that tub. All in all, not bad for the price. A nice place to sleep.

Disappointed
We were disappointed in the Hotel it's self, it felt a bit sketchy. Mossly we were upset that the pool was not "operational" although it looked fine and we weren't made aware of this at check in. We got our bathing suits on and went for out for a swim after a long and tiring drive only to discover it wasn't open. We shoulr have been made aware of this upon check in and offered some sort of compensation or bare minimum an apology. I doubt we would go bqck.

Okay stay
Everything was average were disappointed book the room because it had a pool. The pool was not open the whole time there and a big issue with the key not working to our room every day we had to replace the key for a 4 day stay we had to go to office 5 different times to get a key that would unlock our door The breakfast was nice, but there are actually people living there at the hotel and kids running through the breakfast area grabbing food for the day.
